Configuration
Standard configuration: 4 pcs. suction pads Ø300 mm
Expanded configuration: Up to 8 pcs. suction pads Ø300 mm
Operating vacuum: -60 to -70 kPa
Safe working load (vertical lifting):
4 suction pads: up to 300 kg
6 suction pads: up to 450 kg
8 suction pads: up to 600 kg
Safe working load (horizontal lifting):
4 suction pads: up to 400 kg
6 suction pads: up to 600 kg
8 suction pads: up to 800 kg
Two independent vacuum circuits
Continuous individual control and monitoring of each vacuum circuit
Visual and audible alarm in case of vacuum drop below the preset safety threshold
Vacuum control via remote control
Suitable for working with glass, metal sheets, composite panels, and other non-porous materials
Flexible suction pad configuration according to workpiece dimensions and geometry
Safe Operation
The maximum allowable load depends on the size, weight, rigidity, surface condition, and center of gravity of the workpiece
The load must be evenly distributed among the active suction pads
The contact surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants that could reduce vacuum retention
The dual vacuum protection system is designed to increase operational safety and early leak detection
When an alarm is triggered, the operator must immediately stop handling and lower the load onto a safe supporting surface
Note: The indicated safe loads are calculated with a safety factor of 4 for vertical lifting and a safety factor of 2 for horizontal lifting on a smooth, non-porous surface. The dual vacuum protection system does not eliminate the need to follow safe working rules and should not be considered a justification for exceeding the equipment's nominal load.
