Configuration

• Standard configuration: 4 pcs. suction pads Ø300 mm

Safe Operation

• The maximum allowable load depends on the size, weight, rigidity, surface condition, and center of gravity of the workpiece
• The load must be evenly distributed among the active suction pads
• The contact surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants that could reduce vacuum retention
• The dual vacuum protection system is designed to increase operational safety and early leak detection
• When an alarm is triggered, the operator must immediately stop handling and lower the load onto a safe supporting surface

Note: The indicated safe loads are calculated with a safety factor of 4 for vertical lifting and a safety factor of 2 for horizontal lifting on a smooth, non-porous surface. The dual vacuum protection system does not eliminate the need to follow safe working rules and should not be considered a justification for exceeding the equipment's nominal load.
